Please note: The following are not included in the base price:

• Transportation and delivery to your site

• Crane services for unloading

What should clients prepare before delivery?
Before delivery, the client should:

• Choose and clear the site

• Prepare a foundation (e.g., slab or piers)

• Ensure access to water, electricity, and drainage

• Check local anchoring regulations — our houses support anchoring where needed

• Provide a minimum 3-meter wide, straight delivery path from the road to the site

Avoid irrigating the area before delivery, as this can cause soft ground and tire ruts.

What kind of water and electricity systems are used?

• Electrical:

  • Equipped with CEE-standard plugs (industrial-grade)

  • Compatible with grid power or solar panel + inverter systems

• Water Supply:

  • Standard connection inlet, compatible with municipal water or tank systems

• Wastewater:

  • Comes pre-plumbed for greywater and blackwater

  • Can be connected to sewer, septic, or composting systems depending on the client's setup

We recommend licensed professionals for final on-site utility connections.

🚛 Transportation & Installation

How are the capsule houses delivered and installed?
Capsule houses are shipped via:

• Flatbed truck (for local/domestic orders)

• 40-foot flat-rack containers (for international orders)

Upon arrival, a crane (minimum 25-ton capacity) is required for unloading and positioning. The houses weigh between 6 to 10.5 tons, depending on the configuration.

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a capsule house?

• Standard lead time is 10–20 days from the deposit and signed order confirmation

• This may vary based on customizations, location, number of units, and permitting requirements

Yes, we offer a 10-year warranty, depending on the components selected. We commit to resolving any product issues within 7 days. All units undergo multi-stage quality control to ensure the highest standard before shipping.

What kind of maintenance is required?
Our houses are low-maintenance, but we recommend:

• Regular checks of plumbing, electrical systems, and filters

• Seasonal inspections

• Exterior cleaning and sealant checks as needed

Do you offer post-installation support?
Yes, we provide ongoing support and maintenance services. Whether it’s assistance with utilities, repairs, or upgrades, our customer support team is available to help long after delivery.

Can the capsule house be relocated later?
Yes, our capsule houses are designed to be fully relocatable. If a client decides to move the unit:

• A professional team should handle disconnection, transport, and reinstallation

• The new location should have appropriate foundations and utilities in place

• All local regulations should be reviewed before relocation
